This is a strong opportunity to join a newly created e-commerce team that will be a core growth engine for the business. Sitting at the heart of the function, the E-commerce Executive will play a critical role in supporting performance across Amazon and key digital retailers, helping to turn data into action and drive commercial growth.
Working directly with the Head of E-commerce and alongside specialist roles in Amazon, activation and content, you’ll gain exposure to end-to-end e-commerce operations in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. This role is designed as a development pathway into Amazon account management, offering strong progression for someone early in their career who wants to build deep expertise in digital commerce.
The E-commerce Executive will act as the analytical backbone of the team, combining data analysis, reporting, and operational support. You will:
- Build and maintain performance dashboards across Amazon and retailer channels (Excel / Power BI)
- Analyse key metrics including sales, traffic, conversion, share of search and digital shelf performance
- Support the Amazon and e-commerce leads with:
- Forecasting
- Promotional planning
- Post-campaign analysis
- Assist with day-to-day account operations, including SKU setup, pricing files and portfolio updates
- Prepare reporting packs and insights for internal and customer meetings
- Work cross-functionally with activation and content teams to ensure execution is aligned and optimised
We’re looking for someone early in their career with strong analytical capability and a clear interest in e-commerce. Ideal candidates will have:
- 1–2 years’ experience in e-commerce, FMCG, retail, analytics or agency environments
- A strong numerate background (degree in Maths, Economics, Business, Analytics or similar preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation); experience or exposure to Power BI or similar tools
- The ability to work with complex datasets and extract clear, actionable insights
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn and develop in e-commerce
