I am working with a leading Beauty & Wellness brand to help them hire for an Ecommerce Manager. With a flagship product line and a reputation for cutting-edge, science-backed design, they've experienced explosive growth. The brand is extremely cash rich and profitable and have a very considered purchase journey.

Having recently migrated to a new Shopify Plus platform, the Ecommerce Manager will take full ownership of their online store - shaping content strategy, optimising performance, and enhancing the customer journey. It's a hands-on role with lots of autonomy - ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment!

About the Role:
  • Manage daily operations of the Shopify Plus site, ensuring seamless UX across mobile and desktop
  • Own the ecommerce trading calendar, aligned to marketing campaigns and seasonal activity
  • Use analytics to drive conversion, influence site improvements, and optimise performance metrics
  • Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, and Content teams to support integrated campaign delivery
  • Oversee agency relationships and internal collaboration for technical development and brand consistency
About You:
  • Luxury or Subscription experience is essential
  • Shopify expert
  • DTC start up/scale up experience is highly desirable
  • Strong content strategy experience - leading web projects and coordinating with developers, designers, and marketers
  • Ability to brief externally and internally
  • A self-starter attitude, equally comfortable working autonomously or cross-functionally
