SEO Manager Leisure/Travel/Hospitality Hertfordshire (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office) £50,000 – £60,000 + 20% Bonus I am delighted to be exclusively partnered with a leading Leisure/Hospitality/Travel brand (PE backed) to help them hire for their first ever SEO Manager! The brand has recently undergone revitalisation and is on a mission to a take their unforgettable guest experiences to the next level, whilst embracing digital innovation. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a scaling business and build their SEO function from scratch – this is a complete blank canvas so you will have full ownership to make the role your own and have an impact from the get go! You will work from their thriving Hertfordshire office 3 days per week, reporting into the Digital Marketing Director and managing key stakeholder relationships. You will spearhead organic growth strategies by implementing best practices in technical optimisation, content creation and outreach, whilst ensuring consistent growth in traffic, improved search rankings and increased bookings. The Role: Conduct audits to optimise website performance technically and content-wise Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with the copywriter to ensure landing pages and content is optimised for SEO purposes Work with the Digital Product team and CRO Manager to ensure SEO landing pages convert well Monitor and report on SEO performance, including traffic and revenue Stay ahead of algorithm updates and manage associated risks Competitor analysis Be the SEO champion for the business, ensuring best practice Experience & Skills Needed: Strong expertise in SEO with a proven track record in medium to large businesses Agency or Client side experience – ideally in the Leisure/Travel/Hospitality sector Skilled in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other SEO tools Experience across Content, Technical and Outreach/Digital PR Strong understanding of content optimisation and on-brand creation Comfortable working in a stand alone SEO role Confident communicating to senior stakeholders Experience in app store optimisation is a bonus!
