I am working with a Global Beauty Retailer in London to help them hire for an SEO Manager. The brand has grown rapidly over the last few years, with a successful D2C site and over 70 stores across the UK, Ireland and US.

About the Role:

• Manage and onboard an external SEO agency who will lead on the SEO strategy.
• Lead the internal execution of SEO initiatives, collaborating with Content, UX and Commercial teams.
• Manage all SEO-related projects, setting clear roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs to measure success.
• Work closely with the development team to implement technical SEO enhancements.
• Work closely with internal teams to optimise existing on page content.
• Optimise and create content that enhances search visibility, leveraging keyword research and performance analysis.
• Measurement of SEO and reporting.

Essential Skills:

• +3 years experience in an SEO role
• Retail/eCommerce background would be ideal
• Broad experience across SEO – Technical, Content, Digital PR etc.
• Strong Project Management experience
• Global SEO experience would be a bonus
• Data-driven mindset
