Senior Product Manager

  • 12 Month FTC
  • £90,000 – £100,000 + benefits

About the Role

The Senior Product Manager will take ownership of the full product lifecycle for a next-generation scheduling and optimisation platform, driving integration, delivery, and adoption across multiple business areas.

  • 0-1 Greenfield role
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery for a large-scale scheduling and optimisation platform, from discovery to rollout.
  • Define and execute the vision and roadmap for internal-facing applications powering home-visit management.
  • Act as the key link between internal teams and an external software partner, ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes.
  • Translate strategic goals into detailed requirements and manage delivery through agile methods.
  • Partner with C-suite and board stakeholders to embed solutions that deliver measurable efficiency and growth.

You Will Need

  • Proven success as a Senior Product Manager delivering complex, high-impact technology projects.
  • –Experience integrating solutions into internal systems.
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, data flows, and scalable architecture.
  • Confidence in managing stakeholder relationships across multiple departments.
  • Hands-on experience across the full product process rom research and MVP to wireframing and iteration.
  • Previous exposure to replatforming or large-scale migration projects (startup or scale-up experience ideal).
