Senior Product Manager
£75,000β£100,000 + Benefits
Hybrid | London (3 days per week)
Build Technology That Makes a Difference
We're partnering with an innovative, PE-backed technology business that's transforming how organisations measure, understand and improve human performance.
Already trusted by some of the UK's most demanding customers, the business has built a sophisticated SaaS platform that combines physiological, behavioural and operational data to help organisations make better decisions around performance, readiness and resilience.
Following continued growth, they're looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to help shape the next phase of the product journey.
The Opportunity
This is a genuine ownership role.
Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you'll become one of the key product leaders within a small, high-performing team. You'll own major areas of the product roadmap, work directly with customers to uncover problems worth solving, and partner closely with Engineering to deliver products that create measurable impact.
Rather than inheriting an established roadmap, you'll help define it.
You'll spend time speaking directly with end users, validating ideas, prioritising opportunities and balancing customer needs with long-term product strategy.
If you enjoy solving complex problems, working closely with customers and having real influence over product direction, this is a rare opportunity to make your mark.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning significant areas of the product roadmap from discovery through to delivery.
- Conducting customer research, user interviews and product discovery.
- Working closely with Engineering to shape product solutions.
- Translating customer problems into clear product requirements.
- Prioritising features based on customer value and commercial impact.
- Defining success metrics and measuring product performance.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Exploring how AI can improve both the product and internal product workflows.
- Visiting customer sites to gather feedback and understand user behaviour.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys ambiguity, takes ownership and thrives in fast-moving environments.
You'll likely have:
- Strong experience building and scaling SaaS products.
- End-to-end Product Management experience across discovery, delivery and optimisation.
- Excellent customer discovery and user research skills.
- Experience creating product strategy and roadmaps.
- Confidence working closely with software engineers.
- Experience within regulated, technical or operational environments.
- A commercial mindset with strong product intuition.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve product workflows.
- The ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with Defence, Government, Healthcare, Critical Infrastructure or similarly regulated industries would be advantageous, although it's not essential.
Why Join?
- Genuine ownership with the opportunity to shape product strategy.
- Work alongside an experienced Head of Product in a highly collaborative environment.
- Solve meaningful, real-world problems using technology.
- Join at an exciting stage of growth where your work will have visible impact.
- Small, ambitious team where your ideas will influence the direction of the business.
- Hybrid working with regular customer engagement and exposure to senior stakeholders.
- Competitive salary of £90,000β£100,000 plus benefits.
If you're looking for a role where you'll have autonomy, solve genuinely complex product challenges and help build technology with real-world impact, we'd love to hear from you.
