Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Social Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and beyond
- Segment audiences, test creatives, optimise bids, and refine ad strategies for maximum impact
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure thumb-stopping, high-performing ad content
- Continuously analyse data to surface actionable insights and campaign improvements
- Google Ads Campaigns
- Own and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Demand Gen
- Improve ROAS and CAC performance through smart keyword strategies and landing page alignment
- Leverage remarketing and audience insights to boost conversion and retention
- Performance Reporting & Strategic Growth
- Monitor, report on, and own channel performance and budget management
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Spot trends, stay ahead of industry changes, and experiment with new growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM and content teams to ensure seamless user journeys

- Strong experience managing Paid Social and Google Ads in a D2C environment
- A proven ability to hit acquisition and revenue goals in fast-moving, competitive markets
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Fospha, Northbeam, or similar tools
- A creative mindset and enthusiasm for developing and testing new ad formats
- Strong organisational and project management skills—able to juggle campaigns and priorities with ease
