As part of continued investment and growth across ecommerce channels, our client is looking to appoint a commercially driven Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of one of its most strategically important accounts. This is a high-impact role with significant opportunity to shape the future of Amazon within a globally recognised business.

The Senior National Account Manager – Amazon will join a collaborative, ambitious, and fast-paced commercial environment where ownership, innovation, and accountability are highly valued. The role involves taking full commercial ownership of the UK Amazon business, driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence across Vendor (1P).
The Senior National Account Manager – Amazon will:
- Own Amazon revenue delivery, trading performance, and profitability targets
- Lead Joint Business Planning and promotional strategy across key retail events
- Manage pricing, trade terms, chargebacks, and contribution margin performance
- Drive availability, forecasting accuracy, and catalogue health across Vendor Central
- Partner with Digital teams to align commercial activity with SEO, content, and paid media strategies
Essential Skills:
- Strong strategic, hands-on, and commercial experience within Amazon account management
- Strong Amazon Vendor (1P) experience managing large-scale accounts
- Proven track record delivering revenue and margin growth
- Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of Amazon trade terms
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive clear accountability
