We’re partnering with a specialist financial services organisation that supports brokers, SME developers, and property professionals across the UK. The marketing team is central to driving the company’s visibility, reputation, and growth. Working closely with senior leaders, sales teams, and agency partners, the team ensures all activity showcases the company’s specialist propositions and trusted voice within the intermediary market.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, organised marketer to join a collaborative, creative team and gain hands-on experience across campaigns, content, social media, PR, and events.
The Senior Marketing Executive will:
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns from planning through to reporting.
- Maintain campaign calendars and trackers, ensuring projects stay on time and on budget.
- Coordinate with agencies, suppliers and internal teams to manage approvals and assets.
- Assist in creating and proofing content for articles, case studies, social posts and email campaigns.
- Manage social media schedules, monitoring engagement and performance.
- Support PR activity including press releases, deal announcements and coverage tracking.
- Contribute to the organisation and delivery of national and regional events, including exhibitions and awards.
- Help with day-to-day budget management, purchase orders and marketing reports.
Required skills and experience:
- Experience in marketing coordination, preferably within FS.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written communication and proof-reading ability.
- Confident using social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Comfortable managing timelines, trackers and budgets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Confident working with agencies and external suppliers.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SharePoint, with an understanding of marketing metrics and analytics tools.
