The Senior Ecommerce Executive will manage day-to-day trading, optimise the website, and drive campaigns to maximise both sales and the customer experience.
Role Highlights- Own daily website trading, making confident, data-driven decisions to boost revenue
- Optimise site KPIs, including conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and engagement
- Curate homepage, category merchandising, product launches, and digital storytelling
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless site operations
- Analyse performance and implement improvements to drive continuous growth
- Minimum 2 years’ ecommerce experience, ideally with premium or aspirational brands
- Strong commercial mindset, and data-led decision making
