The Senior CRM Manager will partner closely with the Head of CRM and cross-functional teams to plan, execute and optimise CRM initiatives that strengthen customer journeys and drive engagement. This is a very strategic role with some elements of being hands on as well.

Role Highlights
  • Shape full-lifecycle CRM strategies informed by segmentation and behavioural data
  • Deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, push, SMS and onsite messaging
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing to refine messaging and boost engagement
  • Own delivery of creative and content, ensuring brand alignment and high-quality design
  • Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot deliverability or platform issues
You Will Need
  • CRM leadership experience across email and other owned channels
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfortable interpreting customer behaviour data
  • Confident planning end-to-end campaigns with test-and-learn optimisation
  • Highly organised, able to juggle priorities under deadline pressure
