You'll join a growth-focused team where CRM and retention are central to turning first-time customers into loyal, repeat buyers, with plenty of scope to influence strategy and make a measurable commercial impact.

The Senior CRM & Retention Executive will take ownership across email, lifecycle marketing, customer acquisition and retention, combining hands-on execution with testing, insight and optimisation.

Role Highlights

  • Own and deliver the email calendar across key trading and seasonal moments
  • Build, optimise and analyse lifecycle flows including welcome, basket abandonment and replenishment
  • Improve website opt-in performance and develop high-converting pop-up strategies
  • Drive repeat purchasing and subscription adoption across high-LTV consumable products
  • Lead CRM testing, reporting and performance optimisation from idea through to insight

You Will Need

  • Proven CRM, email or retention experience within a DTC or eCommerce environment
  • Strong hands-on Klaviyo experience, including campaigns, flows and segmentation
  • A track record of using structured A/B testing to improve conversion and revenue
  • Strong creative judgement with the ability to brief, manage and review external resource
  • Excellent organisation, commercial numeracy and confidence interpreting performance data
