We’re hiring a Senior or Principal Consultant to join our growing GTM team, specialising in sales roles within high-growth tech businesses for North America. This will be candidate/account management, no new business. For this role, you must be able to commit to working 11am-8pm Mon-Thursday.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build and manage a strong network of clients and candidates.
  • Grow and deepen existing client relationships.
  • Own the full candidate recruitment lifecycle.
  • Lead complex negotiations and deliver results.
  • Contribute ideas and market insights as a thought leader.
  • Support and mentor junior team members.
  • Champion the 3Search brand in the market.
  • Proven success in hitting individual revenue targets.
  • Experience as a 180 or 360 agency recruiter.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High motivation and growth mindset.
  • A desire to become a sector expert / thought leader.
  • Someone who genuinely still loves recruitment.
