We’re hiring a Senior or Principal Consultant to join our growing GTM team, specialising in sales roles within high-growth tech businesses for North America. This will be candidate/account management, no new business. For this role, you must be able to commit to working 11am-8pm Mon-Thursday.

  • Build and manage a strong network of clients and candidates
  • Grow and deepen existing client relationships
  • Own the full candidate recruitment lifecycle
  • Lead complex negotiations and deliver results
  • Contribute ideas and market insights as a thought leader
  • Support and mentor junior team members

  • Experience as a 180 or 360 agency recruiter
