As part of an exciting period of expansion, our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Business Development Senior Manager to help shape commercial strategy, strengthen key relationships and drive long-term growth across an established global practice.

This role will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering strategic business development initiatives, building trusted relationships across the private client market and identifying opportunities that support sustainable business growth.
Role Highlights Develop and deliver strategic business development plans aligned with commercial objectives.
Build and strengthen relationships with intermediaries, referrers and key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, market analysis and relationship management.
Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to deliver integrated campaigns and business initiatives.

You Will Need Proven business development or client development experience within legal or professional services.
Strong understanding of relationship-led business development and private client markets.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing multiple strategic projects within a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, writing and commercial decision-making abilities.
