Location: Hybrid working | London-based office (3 days in office)
Hybrid | High-autonomy role - we want to buy in the Amazon Expertise. This role has been created as part of a strategic shift and growth opportunity. Our client is entering Amazon US via a direct 3P model for the first time, representing a major milestone in their global eCommerce journey. The appointment offers the chance to build something from the ground up, with real ownership and long-term impact.
Our client is a premium consumer brand operating at the intersection of science, design, and innovation within the health and lifestyle space. With a strong global footprint and a clear commitment to product excellence, the business is investing in Amazon as a strategic growth channel. The Amazon Manager US will play a critical role in launching, scaling, and protecting the brand on Amazon US, ensuring commercial success while maintaining brand and pricing integrity.
The Amazon Manager US will:
- Lead the end-to-end setup and launch of the Amazon US 3P business, owning Seller Central configuration, Brand Registry, catalogue, and fulfilment models.
- Take full ownership of day-to-day Amazon operations, ensuring listings are compliant, optimised, buyable, and on-brand.
- Own the Amazon US commercial plan and full P&L, covering revenue, margin, fees, media investment, and inventory productivity.
- Manage pricing, promotions, and marketplace governance to protect brand equity and contribution margin.
- Act as the single point of accountability for Amazon US across commercial, marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability with a data-led mindset.
