A high-growth enterprise SaaS organisation is seeking a Global GTM Enablement Lead to drive commercial excellence across its global customer-facing teams. Operating across North America, EMEA, and APAC, the company supports clients in highly regulated and mission-critical industries and is backed by private equity, offering both stability and scale. Scope of Role

The Global GTM Enablement Lead will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for designing and executing enablement programmes that elevate the capability, performance, and consistency of all GTM functions. This includes building frameworks, content, playbooks, onboarding journeys, and training initiatives that improve win rates, accelerate ramp time, and strengthen alignment across Sales, Customer Success, BDRs, Pre-Sales, Renewals, People, and L.
