This is a newly created role to meet growing demand for executive-level search. If you’ve cut your teeth in 360 recruitment and want to move into retained, this is your chance to do it with experts.
The Researcher will work side-by-side with Partners to deliver on complex mandates and deepen our executive presence across GTM hiring.
Role Highlights:
- Attend client briefs and pitches, playing a key role in shaping search strategy
- Source and engage top talent via headhunting, CRM, LinkedIn and referrals
- Build candidate pipelines for retained mid-to-senior GTM roles
- Deliver market intelligence and research that drives decisions
- Partner with internal leaders to help close search assignments efficiently
You Will Need:
- 3+ years in GTM recruitment (360, contingent), ideally mid-senior roles
- Strong commercial instincts and client-facing experience
- A structured, analytical approach to search and delivery
- Excellent written communication and candidate insight skills
- Empathy, integrity and emotional intelligence in every interaction
