3Search is seeking a Paid Media Lead / Performance Marketing Manager in Central London for a 3-month contract with potential extension.

You will own paid acquisition campaigns across a dedicated regional market, driving ticket sales and building an in-house paid media function from the ground up.

You will lead campaigns on Meta, with growing Tik Tok and Snapchat activity, and collaborate with the Head of Paid Media to improve performance and scale processes across international markets.
