We need a Recruitment Manager to join our marketing team. 3Search is a specialist recruitment agency focused on recruiting in the marketing, sales, and digital space. We cover both permanent and contract roles across Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, UX, Search Engine Marketing, Marketing & Communications, CRM, Analytics, Product, Project Management, and much more.

Responsibilities:
- Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
- Lead a team of 2-4 people.
- Consistently developing existing relationships with clients.
- Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
- Managing a full-cycle recruitment process.
- Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
- Managing complex negotiations.
