Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Recruiters
  • Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
  • Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
  • Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
  • Managing complex negotiations and coach others to navigate tricky recruitment situations
  • Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
  • Positively promote the 3Search brand in the market

  • Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets
  • Have extensive interim recruitment experience
  • You have successfully worked as a 360 recruiter and manager in an agency environment
