As a Consultant you\’ll lead on 360 delivery — from sourcing to client relationship management — in a high-performing, high-reward culture.
Role Highlights:
The Consultant will…
– Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business across key verticals
– Source, assess and place top-tier marketing talent via proactive search methods
– Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
– Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
– Work cross-functionally with consultants across 3Search and wider 11 Investments brands
You Will Need:
– A consistent billing record (£200k+ in the last 12 months ideal)
– Proven experience signing and delivering into new clients
– Exposure to marketing recruitment (or strong interest in the space)
– Confidence in negotiation, business development and candidate management
– A positive, team-first mindset and willingness to keep learning
