Manager, Recruiting London, United Kingdom Marketing Recruitment – Soho – agency recruitment – hybrid 3 days a week in London. This role is 270- Initially, roles will be fed through our group's top performer and will progress into a 360 desk. We are looking for someone who can work at pace and is an expert delivery person who can think commercially.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
  • Consistently developing existing relationships with clients.
  • Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
  • Managing a full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
  • Managing complex negotiations.
  • Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets.
  • Positively promote the 3Search brand in the market.
  • Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
  • Supports manager with training, standing in when required and driving initiatives and company values.
