Role:

Our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients. You will collaborate with internal teams to gather information and develop tailored proposals that align with client needs and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze client requirements to develop customized proposals.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information and insights.
• Write clear, concise, and persuasive proposal content that aligns with client expectations.
• Edit and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with guidelines.
• Develop and maintain proposal templates and content libraries for efficiency.
• Manage proposal timelines and ensure timely submission of proposals.
• Coordinate with design teams to create visually appealing and professional proposals.
• Track and report on proposal metrics, including win rates and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
