Following substantial growth, the product function has doubled in size, creating an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join a business that is scaling its product organisation around dedicated verticals.
You'll work alongside experienced product leaders, helping shape the future of trading technology while building a clear path towards owning your own product area as the team continues to expand.
The Product Manager will play a key role within the Trading & Execution product team, helping to define and deliver products that sit at the heart of the brokerage.
Initially, you'll partner closely with an established Product Lead who currently oversees multiple critical areas, including trading platforms, execution, pricing and liquidity integrations.

- Help shape products covering order execution, pricing, liquidity provider connectivity and broker integrations.
- Use customer insights and performance data to optimise key commercial metrics, including onboarding, conversion, first‑time deposits, trading activity, customer retention and lifetime value.
- You Will Need
Around 2–3 years' Product Management experience within a brokerage or financial trading environment.
- Strong knowledge of trading and execution workflows, with experience across areas such as execution, pricing, liquidity, trading platforms or broker integrations.
- Proven experience managing products through discovery, roadmap planning, prioritisation and delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence decision‑making.
- A hands‑on, commercially minded approach with the ability to thrive in a growing product organisation where processes continue to evolve.
- Why You'll Love It
- Salary of up to £80,000.
- Hybrid working from a London office with flexibility built around collaboration.
- Join a product team that has recently doubled in size and continues to invest in growth.
- Clear progression into ownership of a dedicated product vertical as the function scales.
- Work directly with senior leadership, including Product, Technology and Executive stakeholders, where your ideas will genuinely shape future product strategy.
- Be part of a collaborative international team working across London and global teams
- Competitive holiday allowance, pension, and a comprehensive benefits package.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Product Manager who wants to move beyond feature delivery and play a strategic role in the evolution of a modern brokerage platform.
You'll be joining at an exciting stage of growth, with the chance to influence how products are built, improve the customer trading experience and help define the future structure of the product organisation.
