About the Company

Our client is entering an exciting new phase of international digital growth and is investing in a brand-new Product Manager position to take ownership of a high-potential US direct-to-consumer eCommerce channel in the pet industry. You'll join a collaborative product team, work directly with senior leadership, and play a key role in transforming a major growth engine. The Product Manager will own the roadmap, optimisation strategy, and commercial performance of the US website while helping shape the future of international eCommerce initiatives. They are looking to double their subscriptions and double their overall sales through the US website over the next 12 months. There is huge potential in this role.

Role Highlights

  • Own and drive the US website roadmap from discovery through delivery
  • Lead a major platform migration onto a unified global codebase
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention and customer experience
  • Partner with senior US stakeholders across marketing, brand and commercial teams

You Will Need

  • Proven Product Management experience within eCommerce, retail or D2C environments
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, CRO and digital optimisation
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders
  • Confidence working closely with engineering, design and commercial teams
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to move initiatives forward independently
  • International product experience, advantageous
  • Shopify or similar platform experience
  • No travel required
