PRODUCT DESIGN LEAD – DESIGN SYSTEMS SPECIALIST
An exciting opportunity for a seasoned Product Designer with a passion for design systems and UI optimisation to lead the charge in shaping a unified, scalable experience for a well-established SaaS platform. This fully remote role sits within a high-performing squad focused on improving performance, scalability, and user experience, and offers the chance to build something truly foundational that impacts the wider mission-driven tech business.

- Building and maintaining component libraries in Figma, with experience linking these to real components
- Leading UI audits, pattern consolidation and design clean-up, driving consistency across complex product surfaces
- Collaborating with front-end engineers to implement and refine system components across platforms
- Working in agile teams alongside some exceptional PMs & engineers to establish a cohesive design language
