We\’re working with a fast-scaling DTC brand. This high-growth challenger brand is rewriting the rules, and they\’re not slowing down.

The Performance Marketing Manager will take full ownership of paid media performance, helping scale customer acquisition while maximising ROI. Reporting in-house and working cross-functionally with creative, CRM and ecommerce teams, you\’ll blend data insight with commercial strategy — and see your ideas go live fast.

The Performance Marketing Manager will…

– Lead growth across Meta, Google, TikTok and new platforms

– Control budgets and forecast spend to optimise CAC, LTV and ROI

– Plan and launch full-funnel campaigns including acquisition, retargeting and retention

– Collaborate with creative to test and iterate high-performing ads

– Analyse performance to inform strategy, allocation and channel mix

– Proven experience scaling paid channels in ecommerce or DTC

– Hands-on skills with Meta, Google and TikTok Ads
