The Performance Marketing Manager will lead paid performance strategy and delivery across Meta and Google platforms, blending data with creativity to drive consistent ROI and growth.
Role Highlights Own and execute high-budget paid media strategy across Meta and Google Ads
Build data-led campaign frameworks and optimise CAC, ROAS, and retention

You Will Need Strong in paid media roles, ideally within DTC or e‐commerce
Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms
Proven ability to manage 6–7 figure budgets profitably
High confidence with GA4, Triple Whale, Shopify analytics and attribution
A creative mindset with the ability to brief and test performance‐driven assets
