I am currently working with a rapidly scaling marketplace brand to recruit a Paid Search Manager reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee campaign management and optimisation across all areas of paid search, maximising the full suite of tools (search, display, demand gen, remarketing, etc).
- Outthink the competition by leading on our experimentation plans.
- Responsible for the ROAS of your campaigns, and reporting back to stakeholders, this will include ensuring we have the right tracking in place, and also fully understanding additional channel overlap, to ensure true incrementality.
- Work with marketing and product across the funnel to ensure paid traffic is highly converted, for example, ensuring your landing pages are optimised for, and CRM flows are matched to search intent.
- Work with data science to ensure that we are continuing to build tools and models that enable us to target the right customers, and locations, and maximise efficiency.
- Collaborate and be part of creative campaigns that support and collaborate with the work of others in the marketing team.
Ideal experience:
- Strong hands-on experience in a Paid Search role in a fast-moving digital consumer business.
- A proven track record delivering successful B2C paid search campaigns that drive growth and a deep knowledge of paid search best practices.
- Highly commercial, you must be able to measure and understand the impact of your work on key business metrics such as revenue generation.
