We're working with a brilliant, purpose-led business, one of the UK's leading B2B platforms of their kind. They’re bolstering the capability of their internal creative function, and they need an experienced digital native to own their motion and video output. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate the brand’s storytelling across social & web, as well as videography for both internal and external campaigns. If you're a versatile videographer with a strong handle on motion graphics and a great eye for creative concepting, this one's for you.

What they need:

  • Someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life with animation - especially animated text and rich media graphics for social, web assets, and other digital campaigns.
  • A designer/videographer who can storyboard, create mood boards and visually direct, as well as managing hands on execution.
  • Someone with solid filming and editing skills - this might be using a DSLR, iPhone or GoPro, across both documentary-style and studio content.
  • A creative who’s confident creating video assets for internal assets, as well as external facing storytelling, with a real-world aesthetic.
  • A team player who collaborates well in a fast-paced, agile marketing environment (if you’re au fait with working with geographically distributed teams that would be a plus!).

What you’re great at:

  • Translating concepts into engaging, fluid motion graphics - slick UI animations, animated pop-ups, or campaign content.
  • Storyboarding, developing a visual language, and aligning creative with brand strategy.
  • Editing dynamic content across formats - from branded social clips to internal comms & videos to longer form documentary style shoots.
  • Confidently owning the end-to-end creative process - from ideation to filming to final delivery.
  • Using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and emerging AI platforms (e.g. Runway, Midjourney) to push the work further.

What you’ll get:

  • Up to 10% annual bonus.
  • Remote-first with requirement to be in the London or regional offices (frequency dependent on location).
  • Travel expenses if travelling over a reasonable commutable distance (can discuss).
  • Opportunity to shape a growing brand with impact-led stories and smart creative.
