DIGITAL NATIVE DESIGNER (6-MONTH CONTRACT) – FAST-GROWING DTC LIFESTYLE BRAND

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth consumer brand at a pivotal moment. Following a major rebrand last year that’s now truly taking shape, the impact of creative on performance and growth has been enormous. With demand continuing to scale (expanding into retail and international markets) they\’re looking for a Digital Designer to help elevate the brand across every channel. You’ll be joining a collaborative team where designers don’t just deliver briefs, they own the creative process end-to-end, drawing on performance insights to continually push work further.
What they need
- Someone who can bring strong digital design expertise across paid and organic social, CRM/email, and web
- A designer with proven experience producing performance marketing creative and understanding how content works across paid platforms
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment, balancing creativity with data-driven insight
- A creative who’s comfortable working across a variety of tasks and channels, with a desire to \”push the envelope\” with their design solutions
- Someone with experience in a well-known consumer or ecommerce brand, ideally D2C, who’s confident collaborating closely with marketing and brand teams
What you’re great at
- Showing real creative range and sound technical execution, demonstrating how you interpret briefs and translate brand identity into effective multi-channel design
- Creating engaging, high-performing assets for paid media, CRM, and social campaigns
- Using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to deliver polished, premium creative at pace
- Collaborating across teams and using data and performance insights to refine design and boost results
- Managing multiple briefs simultaneously while maintaining a strong brand identity and visual consistency
