Key Responsibilities
The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in defining how the business goes to market, how its story is told, and how predictable, scalable revenue growth is delivered through a high-performance marketing system. The Director of Marketing will own marketing strategy, narrative, and execution end-to-end, operating as a member of the senior leadership team with clear commercial accountability.

- Design and operate a multi-channel, multi-market demand engine delivering qualified pipeline
- Own positioning, messaging, and category narrative across brand and performance marketing
- Lead paid media, creative systems, lifecycle, PR, SEO, partnerships, and experimentation
- Build scalable marketing systems that reduce reliance on ad-hoc intervention
- Support entry into new sectors and geographies with credible go-to-market strategies
Candidate Experience
- 10+ years’ senior B2B marketing experience with complex sales cycles
- Proven track record scaling a marketing-led business through high growth
- Strong expertise across both brand and performance marketing disciplines
- Experience leading teams, agencies, and partners with clear accountability
- Confidence operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, high-ownership environments
