The Marketing & Communications Executive will play a key role in shaping how the business is presented both internally and externally. You will deliver engaging campaigns, manage communications channels, and support the wider business with content that enhances visibility, brand consistency, and product awareness.
The Marketing Communication Associate will:
- Support and deliver targeted marketing campaigns across Salesforce and Pardot, tracking performance and ROI.
- Create and distribute communication materials such as newsletters, product launches, surveys, and sales tools.
- Write and edit content for internal communications, blogs, and thought-leadership pieces.
- Manage intranet content, ensuring resources are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate internal and external events that align with the company’s brand and values.
You Will Need:
- Generalist hands-on experience (Copywriting, CRM systems, e-marketing, and website content management).
- B2B industry experience, ideally within insurance, but open to wider financial services or similar B2B sectors.
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence in managing multiple projects and deadlines with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
