We’re excited to be recruiting for a Marketing & Events Executive to join a dynamic and rapidly growing firm in the heart of Soho, London. This is an incredible opportunity for a creative, energetic, and highly organised marketing professional to play a key role in shaping brand presence, managing high-profile events, and driving engagement across digital and physical channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Management: Plan, promote, and execute a variety of internal and external events, including networking socials, client retreats, and a flagship annual event.
  • Content & Digital Marketing: Create compelling content for social media, news updates, and paid LinkedIn campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
  • Marketing Materials: Design business cards, brochures, and branded merchandise using Canva to maintain a strong visual identity.
  • Website & SEO: Manage and update website content, create new landing pages, and track performance through analytics.
  • Brand Growth & PR: Support award submissions, legal directory applications, and promotional initiatives to boost brand credibility.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Assist in scheduling, documentation, and promotional activities for new joiners.
  • Business Development: Work closely with senior stakeholders and lawyers to support client-facing marketing and pitch proposals.

  • Creative & Energetic: A self-starter with fresh ideas and a passion for brand storytelling.
  • Social Media & Digital Savvy: Experienced in crafting engaging content and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Highly Organised: Skilled at juggling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experienced in Events Management: Able to bring original and memorable event experiences to life.
  • Proficient in Canva & Content Creation: Strong design skills to create eye-catching, on-brand visuals.
  • A Strong Communicator: Capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and bringing marketing strategies to life.
  • Passionate About the Industry: Knowledge of the legal, sports, or media sectors is a bonus.
