A great opportunity to work closely with the Creative Director, helping turn ambitious creative ideas into campaigns and content that are genuinely achievable, well executed and creatively strong. This is a role that sits at the intersection of creative thinking and production, acting as a key link between the creative vision and the practical reality of delivering it.
You'll be the Creative Director's right hand when it comes to bringing creative vision to life, helping shape the direction of projects, then taking ownership of the planning, people, logistics and detail required to make them happen. You'll work across a broad creative function, collaborating with designers, video specialists, copywriters, social and creative operations.
The role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys working on mid-to-large-scale campaigns and creative projects, rather than being dominated by BAU production. You'll bring together the right creative talent around each brief, provide direction and feedback, and make sure ambitious ideas are translated into production plans that actually work.
What they need β
- A creative producer who can be the Creative Director's right hand, you'll help translate creative vision into clear direction for the wider team, understanding what the work needs to achieve and making sure everyone is aligned around the idea.
- Someone who can turn creative ambition into reality - you'll own the practical side of getting campaigns, shoots and content projects delivered, balancing creative ambition with time, budget, resources and brand requirements.
- A highly organised problem-solver - you'll be the person who can see the whole puzzle, identify gaps and dependencies, anticipate problems before they happen and bring calm and structure to complex creative projects.
- Someone comfortable leading creatives campaign by campaign, you'll bring together the right mix of designers, video, copy and other creative talent, briefing them clearly, providing feedback and maintaining the creative bar through to delivery.
- Someone who enjoys working across both the idea and the execution - you'll have enough creative instinct to challenge and develop ideas, but your real strength will be making sure great ideas actually get produced to a high standard.
What you're great at β
- Creative production and campaign delivery - you'll have experience planning and producing shoots, campaigns or significant content projects, including the logistics, scheduling, resourcing and coordination required to deliver them.
- Creative direction and judgement - you'll have a strong eye for story, tone and visual direction, with the confidence to contribute to concepting, reviews and creative decision-making.
- Bringing significant agency experience, or a strong agency foundation to handle variety, high volumes of work, competing stakeholders and fast-moving briefs.
- Production management and organisation - you'll be exceptionally organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts, spotting what's missing and keeping complex projects on track.
- Social-first creative - you'll understand how content needs to be developed with social platforms in mind from the outset, rather than simply adapting existing creative for social afterwards.
- AI and emerging creative technology - you'll have genuine curiosity about AI-supported creative tools and how they can augment production capability, increase efficiency and allow teams to create more content, more quickly and cost effectively.
What you'll get β
Manchester-based, with a hybrid working model expected to be around 2β3 days in the office, with the wider creative team distributed internationally. The opportunity to work as the Creative Director's right hand, with genuine influence over how major creative projects are shaped and delivered.
