The Senior Amazon Advertising Manager will take full ownership of Amazon advertising performance across UK and European marketplaces.
This is not a strategy-only role. The successful candidate will be deep in the accounts daily — managing spend, optimising campaigns, analysing data and driving measurable commercial results.
The Opportunity
This role is designed for a performance-driven Amazon advertising leader who thrives in data and execution. You will own, execute and relentlessly optimise multi-million-pound budgets, driving incremental revenue growth, brand visibility and best-in-class TACOS performance. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Content and Creative teams, you will act as the organisation's Amazon advertising authority.
This is a visible, commercially critical role where performance is measurable and delivery is recognised.
The Senior Amazon Advertising Manager will:
- Develop and execute full-funnel Amazon advertising strategies across UK & EU marketplaces
- Manage hands-on execution across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP
- Own and optimise multi-million-pound advertising budgets to hit TACOS and efficiency targets
- Utilise advanced performance platforms (Pacvue, Teikametrics, Perpetua or similar)
- Analyse performance at keyword, ASIN, campaign and portfolio level, taking decisive data-led action
- Partner with Content teams to align paid and organic keyword strategy
- Collaborate with Creative teams to develop high-performing ad creative
- Align media strategy with Sales, Inventory and Account teams to protect availability and forecasting
- Provide clear, actionable reporting to senior stakeholders
- Stay ahead of Amazon algorithm updates and emerging advertising opportunities
Requirements:
- Fantastic experience managing Amazon advertising at scale
- Hands-on experience using advanced PPC platforms (Pacvue, Teikametrics, Perpetua or equivalent)
- Demonstrable ownership of multi-million-pound performance marketing budgets
- Deep understanding of Amazon auction dynamics, algorithms and full-funnel performance strategy
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Advanced Excel and BI/data analytics capability
- Proven ability to drive growth in high-volume, complex environments
- Confident influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Strong project management and prioritisation skills
