This is an opportunity for an Integrated Graphic Designer to join a high-performing global creative team at an exciting point of evolution. You’ll work across a genuinely broad mix of digital, social, motion and integrated marketing content, from paid social and campaign assets to landing pages, email, occasionally turning your hand to presentations and longer-form collateral.
The standout requirement is motion: we’re looking for a digital-native designer who can take strong visual ideas and bring them to life through animation, while still having the craft and versatility to deliver polished design across multiple formats and channels.
What they need:
- Someone who is genuinely confident in motion and animation, with a portfolio that demonstrates more than occasional movement added to static work. You’ll be creating social-first motion content, thinking about hooks, pacing, transitions and platform behaviour from the outset, so a strong understanding of how design needs to change when it moves is essential.
- A digital native with a strong digital marketing mindset, who understands how creative performs across paid and organic social, email, display and landing pages. You’ll be producing everything from performance marketing ads and banners to single-scroll landing pages with clear calls to action, so you need to understand both visual quality and the purpose behind the asset.
- A designer who can genuinely operate across integrated creative, moving comfortably between a fast-turnaround social animation and a more considered piece of print or corporate collateral. Presentations, brochures, fact sheets, campaign assets and marketing materials all sit within the remit, so you won’t be someone who wants to be pigeonholed into one channel.
- Someone with a builder's mindset, who likes taking an idea from concept through to finished output rather than simply handing work over once the design is done. You’ll be expected to bring ideas, trends, platform-native thinking and creative solutions to briefs, while finding practical ways to get high-quality work over the line at pace.
- Someone who is curious about what’s next, particularly AI and emerging creative technology. You don’t need to be an AI specialist, but you should be interested in how new tools can help teams work smarter, create more ambitious content and remove repetitive production work without compromising creative quality.
What you're great at:
- Adobe Creative Suite, with particularly strong capability in After Effects and Premiere Pro, alongside confident Photoshop and Illustrator skills. Motion should be a meaningful part of your toolkit rather than an occasional add-on.
- Motion graphics, animation and social-first video, including creating short-form content for paid and organic social, product demonstrations, simple edits and talking-head content. Heavy video editing can be supported elsewhere, but you should be comfortable taking lightweight video work from raw footage to polished output.
- Digital marketing design, including paid social, organic social, email, banners/display, landing pages and campaign assets, with an understanding of how creative needs to be adapted across formats rather than simply resized.
- Strong design fundamentals, including typography, layout, hierarchy, visual storytelling and brand consistency, with the ability to apply those skills across presentations, brochures, fact sheets and wider integrated communications.
- AI-supported creative workflows, with genuine curiosity around tools and experimentation. You’ll be someone who looks for smarter ways to adapt, version and develop creative while maintaining judgement over when technology adds value (rather than using AI simply because it is available).
What you'll get:
Manchester-based, with a hybrid working model expected to be around 2–3 days in the office, with the wider creative team distributed internationally.
