This is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a globally recognised consumer products portfolio operating across multiple categories. Reporting directly to the Global Amazon Lead, the Amazon Director EU will own strategy, execution and commercial performance across all Amazon EU markets. This is not a passive oversight role. The successful candidate will be expected to personally drive performance, lead senior vendor negotiations, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes at scale.
The Opportunity
This role is designed for a proven Amazon leader who has already owned and delivered a large multimillion £ 1P Amazon business and is ready to do it again — with full accountability. Operating at significant scale and complexity, you will lead a team of four direct reports, take full P&L ownership, and act as the internal authority on Amazon across the organisation. With high visibility to global leadership, this role offers genuine strategic influence and impact.

The Amazon Director EU will:
- Own and deliver the annual sales and profit plan across Amazon UK, DE and FR
- Take full P&L accountability for revenue, margin and profitability
- Lead senior-level vendor negotiations and annual terms directly with Amazon
- Develop and execute joint business plans that translate strategy into measurable results
- Lead pricing, promotional and trade investment decisions in partnership with Finance and Brand teams
- Direct content and keyword optimisation strategies to drive conversion growth
- Own performance dashboards, analytics and reporting, turning insight into action
- Partner with Supply Chain to maximise availability while protecting working capital
- Lead, develop and performance-manage 4 direct reports
- Act as the internal Amazon authority, influencing stakeholders at senior level
