Patrick Murray and 3Search are working with a leading home brand and business to hire a brand new role which will be absolutely pivotal in their EU Expansion, having full autonomy of the Amazon and Marketplace growth strategy across Europe.
Due to continued expansion and a strong push into European ecommerce markets, our client is investing heavily in digital capability and marketplace performance. This newly enhanced position offers the opportunity to shape and scale marketplace strategy across multiple EU platforms, playing a key role in driving revenue and customer experience improvements.

The EU Amazon and Marketplace Manager will join a collaborative, ambitious team where ideas are valued, performance is recognised, and career development is actively supported.
The EU Amazon and Marketplace Manager will take ownership of marketplace performance across Europe, leading strategy, execution, and optimisation across key platforms. The Marketplace Manager EU will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to enhance visibility, improve conversion, and deliver sustainable growth.
The EU Amazon and Marketplace Manager will:
- Drive marketplace growth across platforms including Amazon EU and other European channels
- Optimise product listings, pricing, promotions, and digital shelf performance
- Analyse KPIs such as traffic, conversion, margin, and availability to inform strategy
- Enhance the end-to-end customer journey across digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on product launches and campaigns
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts
- Strong understanding of European marketplaces (e.g., Otto, Bol, Leroy Merlin)
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholders
