Loyalty Marketing Executive - £41,000 + Benefits - 12 Month FTC - London (3 days per week)

Our client is a well known retail organisation focused on creating exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with its audience.

This is an opportunity to join a dedicated Loyalty & CRM function where your work will directly influence customer engagement, retention and commercial performance.

You’ll play an important role in shaping loyalty activity across multiple customer touchpoints, working with experienced marketing, CRM, creative, technology and insight teams.

With exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to contribute to future loyalty strategy, this role offers a strong platform for someone looking to develop their career in customer marketing and loyalty.

The Loyalty Marketing Executive will help deliver targeted, commercially effective loyalty activity that strengthens customer relationships and supports long-term programme growth.

  • Role Highlights
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of loyalty promotions and customer communications, coordinating briefs, creative, technical requirements and campaign execution.
  • Support the development of loyalty propositions, programme benefits and lifecycle activity across physical retail, digital and app channels.
  • Use customer data, campaign performance and testing results to identify opportunities that improve engagement, retention and lifetime value.
  • Manage the promotional calendar, project documentation, budgets, purchase orders and invoices to keep campaigns commercially controlled and delivered on time.
  • Brief creative teams and collaborate with CRM, IT, marketing and insight specialists to turn customer opportunities into compelling campaigns.
  • You Will Need
  • 2+ years’ experience in loyalty, CRM, marketing, operations or project management, ideally within a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with excellent organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail across multiple workstreams.
  • Confidence working with customer data, campaign results and commercial information to develop recommendations and measure ROI.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical, creative and commercial teams.
  • Knowledge of loyalty and database marketing technology; experience with Annex Cloud, Emarsys or relevant platforms would be advantageous.
