The Loyalty Specialist will lead the day-to-day execution of loyalty campaigns—from shaping creative briefs to managing budgets and analysing customer data. Working cross-functionally across marketing, CRM, and creative teams, you’ll be at the centre of everything loyalty.

Role Highlights:
  • Deliver end-to-end loyalty promotions and customer communications across email, digital, and print
  • Project manage a busy loyalty calendar in collaboration with CRM, IT, and creative teams
  • Support lifecycle campaigns to enhance customer lifetime value
  • Produce briefs, monitor performance, and shape future campaigns using loyalty data insights
  • Manage and mentor a Loyalty Assistant, helping them grow in a fast-paced team
You Will Need:
  • 2+ years in a loyalty, CRM or marketing campaign role
  • Hands-on experience managing customer campaigns from briefing to reporting
  • Confidence using customer data and CRM platforms (e.g., Emarsys, Annex Cloud a bonus)
  • Strong project management and stakeholder skills across technical and creative functions
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on ROI and campaign effectiveness
