Our client is scaling rapidly following a major investment and is redefining how it connects with customers through data and technology. With a strong CRM foundation already in place, they are now focused on deepening their personalisation capabilities and bringing more technical expertise in-house. This hire is critical to reducing reliance on external agencies and accelerating the shift to a truly automated, insight-led CRM engine.
The Technical CRM Manager will act as the in-house platform expert, owning the hands-on build, execution, and optimisation of CRM journeys and personalisation within Bloomreach.
Role Highlights:- Build and deploy complex, triggered lifecycle journeys directly within Bloomreach
- Own automation logic, decisioning rules, and dynamic personalisation at scale
- Configure and optimise journeys, including QA, testing, and data validation
- Act as the internal SME, reducing reliance on external agencies
- Continuously refine performance through hands-on optimisation and testing
- Deep, hands-on experience with Bloomreach or similar CDP/CRM platforms (e.g., Braze)
- Proven ability to build complex automated journeys and triggers independently
- Strong understanding of data structures, segmentation, and logic-based targeting
- Experience owning QA, execution, and troubleshooting within CRM platforms
- Background in technical CRM roles (e.g. CRM Developer, Email Engineer, CDP Specialist)
- Up to £65k base salary with 20% bonus potential
