3Search's Sales practice is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant for a 360 position to inherit a historically high‐performing desk (£300k YOY). You'll work closely with the Founder, handling more than 50% of the workload with a strong delivery background.
Responsibilities- Deliver on existing live roles passed by the Founder.
- Win new clients in a fully mapped London market.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer closing.
- Attend and host industry events to build presence and network.
- Work cross‐functionally with consultants across 3Search and wider 11 Investments brands.
- Strong delivery capabilities.
