The Head of Product will lead two of the organisation’s most strategically important business areas, owning the vision, growth and commercial success of innovative products, while also being the most senior person in Product to support the other Product Leads.
- Drive product-market fit through experimentation, testing and data-led decision-making
- Develop highly personalised client experiences using financial and behavioural insights
- Partner with senior stakeholders across technology, compliance, data and commercial functions to accelerate growth
We are looking for someone who has worked for one of the top fintech companies, whether that be in the UK or overseas.
- Proven senior leadership experience within fintech, personal finance or financial services
- Strong track record of launching and scaling customer-centric digital products and experiences
- You have strong product sense and have had a solid product foundation from a startup or scale up from a top product business.
- Deep understanding of financial data, customer engagement and digital product development
- Passion for innovation, emerging technologies and the application of AI within financial services
