With ambitious growth plans and a strong partnership with a global software leader, they are looking for a Senior Event Marketing Manager to design and deliver exceptional in-person and virtual events. The Senior Event Marketing Manager will take ownership of a diverse event portfolio, from flagship industry conferences and strategic partner events to internal kick-offs and customer engagement programmes. You'll combine creativity with operational excellence, ensuring each event achieves its objectives, delights attendees and drives measurable results.
Role Highlights- Deliver an annual calendar of high-profile events end-to-end, both in person and online
- Define objectives and KPIs for each event, reporting ROI and insights to stakeholders
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all event experiences
- Manage agencies, suppliers and budgets effectively to achieve maximum impact
- Build strong relationships with partners, senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- 6+ years' event management experience, ideally within B2B software or services
- Proven ability to run multiple large-scale events simultaneously
- Strong skills in ROI reporting, budgeting and supplier negotiation
- Expertise with marketing tools such as HubSpot for lead capture and follow-up
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing agencies for creative, content and logistics
- 65-75K base salary + 7.5% performance bonus
