A fast-scaling, product-led consumer technology business is looking for a Senior Digital Designer to help shape and evolve its visual identity across global marketing touchpoints. Operating at international scale, this is a brand with strong momentum, ambitious growth plans and a clear focus on emotionally resonant storytelling.
This role sits at the heart of the marketing organisation, working closely with Retention, Acquisition and Product Design to deliver high-impact creative across email, social, landing pages and print. It’s an opportunity to lead brand expression, influence strategy and build scalable creative systems that support performance across multiple markets.
What they need:
- Someone with senior-level experience in brand or marketing design, comfortable owning visual execution across a full campaign lifecycle, from concept through to delivery.
- Someone who understands the commercial impact their digital designs must have on sales and new customer acquisition (ecommerce native) whilst never compromising on quality and visual aesthetic (think high-end, tech focused).
- A designer who understands how brand storytelling drives performance, and can translate strategy and customer insight into creative that is both emotionally engaging and commercially effective.
- Someone confident working across multiple digital channels, including email, social and landing pages, with a strong mobile-first mindset.
- A collaborative creative partner, able to work cross-functionally with marketing, product and creative stakeholders, while confidently presenting ideas and rationale.
- A brand guardian, who cares deeply about consistency, craft and quality, but is equally comfortable pushing boundaries, experimenting and evolving a visual language.
What you’re great at:
- High-impact digital marketing design, with a portfolio that demonstrates excellence across email campaigns, social assets and integrated brand moments.
- Design systems thinking, including building, maintaining and evolving scalable, modular templates in Figma that enable speed and consistency across markets.
- Strong visual judgement and taste, with the ability to refine and evolve a brand’s design language over time.
- Using data and insight as part of the creative process, understanding behavioural drivers and performance metrics to inform design decisions.
- Leading by example, mentoring junior designers or freelancers, and elevating creative standards across a team.
