You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how creative and design projects are delivered, ensuring structure, clarity and consistency across complex, high-profile programmes.
You’ll work at the heart of a multidisciplinary creative team, improving processes, mentoring project managers and partnering closely with events, marketing and senior stakeholders during a key period of growth and evolution.

- Scoping, planning and delivering digital design projects end to end, balancing quality, speed, stakeholder needs and commercial objectives.
- Building and running robust project frameworks, including workback schedules, delivery milestones and resource plans across multiple concurrent projects.
- Prioritising and allocating design resource effectively, balancing budgets, scope and timelines without compromising output quality.
- Managing senior stakeholders with confidence, providing clear updates on progress, risks and changes, and setting expectations early and clearly.
- Leading teams through complexity: identifying risks, unblocking delivery, managing change and continuously improving how work gets done through performance tracking and post-project reviews.
