Location & Working Model: London - 4 office days vs 1 WFH

Key Role Feature: Full ownership of a global Amazon business spanning the UK, Europe and North America.

A business that prides itself on innovation, creating and driving new trends and being at the forefront of the market. They're betting big on Amazon and going after the opportunity in a big way with a plan to become an £8-figure brand in the foreseeable future. We need an ABSOLUTE SUPERSTAR to drive this growth.

Following significant success across wholesale and retail channels, the business has invested heavily in its direct-to-consumer and marketplace operations and is now looking for an ambitious Senior Amazon Account Manager to drive the next phase of growth across Amazon UK, Europe and North America. This is a highly commercial role for someone who wants genuine ownership. The successful Senior Amazon Account Manager will own the channel P&L, lead trading performance across multiple territories and work closely with senior leadership to identify and execute growth opportunities that deliver meaningful commercial impact.

The Senior Amazon Account Manager will work closely with product development, supply chain and leadership teams to identify new product opportunities, shape marketplace strategy and help determine where the business should invest for future growth.

The Senior Amazon Account Manager will:

  • Own the Amazon P&L across the UK, Europe and North America
  • Develop and execute the global Amazon trading strategy
  • Drive profitable growth across Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts
  • Identify new marketplace and international expansion opportunities
  • Lead and develop colleagues within the Amazon team
  • Partner directly with Amazon to build strong commercial relationships
  • Leverage AI, automation and marketplace technologies to improve efficiency and decision-making
  • Ownership of Amazon advertising and promotional budgets
  • Management of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display activity

The successful Senior Amazon Account Manager will demonstrate:

  • Great experience and track record in scaling Amazon businesses
  • Hands-on Seller Central experience
  • Proven ownership of an Amazon P&L and trading strategy
  • Experience growing consumer product brands on Amazon
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
  • Experience negotiating directly with Amazon
  • Strong Amazon PPC knowledge and campaign management experience
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
