With ambitious plans across Amazon and ecommerce, they are looking to strengthen their digital trading capability with the appointment of a commercially driven Senior Amazon Account Manager. This is a high-impact role offering real ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to shape Amazon strategy across multiple international markets.

The Senior Amazon Account Manager will take ownership of Amazon channel performance across the UK, Europe, and the US, driving revenue growth, profitability, trading execution, and operational excellence. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and would suit someone who thrives in fast-paced ecommerce environments.

The Senior Amazon Account Manager will:

  • Own the day-to-day trading performance of Amazon marketplaces across the UK, EU, and USA.
  • Lead major trading events including Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Optimise product listings, A+ content, SEO, and storefront performance to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Manage Amazon Ads and retail media activity, driving ROAS, TACoS, and profitable growth.
  • Support international marketplace expansion through localisation, pricing strategy, and market optimisation.

Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts. Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, listing optimisation, and retail media strategy. Excellent analytical and commercial skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, brand, operations, and marketing teams.
