We're partnering with a boutique cyber insurance broker. Born out of another finance brokerage that sold for over $2b, this is an elite sales environment. The training is world class, the investors have already achieved unabashed success, and the leadership have already proven themselves as the best at what they do time and time again.

The business seeks the ambitious and the underachieved. Those who do well want to earn life changing amounts of money, get yearly back to back promotions and progress, and get out what they put in. You do not need to be the world's best salesperson today as long as you are prepared to run through brick walls, and be humble enough to learn, change and adapt.

The numbers above are not just pie in the sky figures but realistic for those who are prepared to put in the graft. Unlike other closing roles, your targets do not renew after every year. You can earn double year on year by renewing existing customers (95% renewal rate). Factor in referrals etc, you will be absolutely flying by year 2.

To be clear, do not be dissuaded by the number of applicants for this role, as they will hire up to 3 people a month indefinitely.

More about the role:

  • Prospecting: 100+ dials a day to potential customers in the beginning, selling into an immature market with few competitors.
  • Closing deals: It can take up to a few months, but you'll be adding value, consulting to the point they need to close.
  • Managing accounts: Build trust and save customers money - build relationships to renew business (where you can earn real money as you earn exactly the same on the renewal).

Why would you join?

  • Uncapped bonus with no target reset - Forget starting from scratch every year. Build your customer base and earn compound commission that builds every year.
  • World class elite training.
  • Few competitors - This area of brokering is fairly underdeveloped meaning prospects are very often glad to hear from you, especially as you will be saving them lots of money.
  • Earning opportunity - Earn a frightening amount of money compared to how fresh faced you are or any of your mates.
  • Meritocracy - Get out what you put in. No one is getting a promotion because their best mate's uncle owns the firm.
  • Incredible leadership and investors - The CEO and top brass are all ridiculously successful for their age and on the floor with you putting in the effort.
  • Own your financial trajectory - Do not let experience or time dictate your progress. Own your own destiny.
  • Great culture - When I was there, there was hustle and camaraderie. There's music in the office and lots of laughs.
  • Private medical and other great benefits - Work hard but be looked after.
  • Extended breaks during working day - The hours are designed to be on the phone and client facing in the morning. Take a long lunch to gym, clear the mind, or whatever helps. Burnout is not desired.
  • Social - People go out on Fridays to unwind together.

Why you wouldn't join?

  • You want a 9 - 5 and steady income.
  • You want to work from home regularly.
  • You have a fixed mindset and are unable to accept development areas.
  • You cannot sell.
  • You want to win at the expense of your customers.
  • You cannot put in those hours of 7.30 - 6 5 days a week - this is an elite sales environment.

Your background:
